Setting up the blackberry email service on WOW Mobile is very easy to do. I am assuming at this point the voice and text side of your phone works and you are just looking to set up your email. Below you will find both text and video instructions on how to send service books to your blackberry through your TMobile back office. Service books will be sent immediately and your email should start working. Step 1. Go to www.my.tmobile.com -create account or login

Step 2: Scroll down and locate phone number on your left. To the right of your #, there will be a big open space with a link that says something like "choose your phone mode or device" click that,

Step 3: If your phone is in there, click it. If not, click the closest looking phone.

Step 4. After that, on the right side, it says "Set up your Blackberry internet email"

Step 5. Then you click "Set up mail" on the next screen

Step 6. Next, on the bottom left, click service books and make sure to send service books. that should do the trick
